There is a new check and deposit request form. The form must be completed for all deposits and any check reimbursements/check requests. Reimbursements will not be made until the form is completed and receipts are provided. We try and process the reimbursements as soon as possible but all check requests/reimbursements are asked to have a weeks notice.

An annual fee is part of club membership as is the completion of five hours of volunteer time to help keep our club running. FTFRC 2016 Membership Dues are $599.00 including the State of Ohio Recreation Tax (7.25%).


Reminder that dues need to be paid by March 1st or a monthly $150 penalty will be charged each month the balance is outstanding.

Your family must be current with work hours (if you did not complete in 2015) and dues in order to use the facilities or sell your stock.  Contact Kara Williams, Membership Chairperson with any questions.


Dues are due March 1st. Please be sure that you are current with your account before the club opens. The guards will have a list and you will not be able to use the facilities if your account is not current. 


The club may have members with stocks for sale.  The cost is to be negotiated between buyer and seller and the sale coordinated through Membership Chairman, Kara Williams

Reminder that per our bylaws:


Section 5 – Work Requirements


Members shall have two (2) options to fulfill work hour requirements:


Option 1:
Members shall have the option of waving the work hour requirement by paying $200 – payable by March 1st.  No additional work to be done.


Option 2: Each membership will be required to work five hours each year for one of the established Club committees. Members completing work hours are required to complete a work hour form and have the committee chairperson sign/verify. If the work hour commitment has not been completed before September 15th the membership will be billed at a rate of $80/hour not completed.  Unpaid work hour fees are subject to Article XI Section 2.
