A friendly reminder:
Your family must be current with work hours (if you did not complete in 2007) and dues in order to sell your stock. Contact Shelley Coulter, Membership Chairperson with any questions.

Don't forget! If you don't have the extra time on your hands, you may pay for your work hour instead of volunteering. If you pay by March 1st the cost is $150. After that you will be charged $50 for each work hour not completed. You must complete 5 work hours for each calendar year. If you don't complete them by December you will be charged for the uncompleted hours. Remember there are very limited things to do after the pool closes in September Soooo get you work hours in early!
Reporting of 2008 Work Hours

As in the by-laws, all FTFRC stockholders are required to supply 5 hours of approved volunteer service each calendar year. These hours must be approved by one of the committee chairpersons. There will be a notebook located in the guardhouse that you can log in your hours worked. Please also notify the chairperson for which you agreed to perform the hours, that you have completed the work. If you have any questions please contact Angi Sweeney by email (or if urgent by phone).

Opportunity for Work Hours!

Attention Handy Men (or Women!) – Get your work hours in NOW so you don’t have to worry about it all summer long!

We would love to have the front display board (outside of the guard shack) re-done before the season begins this year. This board is used a lot and we’d love for it to look a little nicer. If you are interested, please contact Bill Martin at Bill.Martin@chattem.com or 419-878-6165.

Work Days

Many great volunteers turned out for work days which enabled us to open in great shape. Volunteers work during the summer to keep the property looking nice. If anyone else would like some hours contact Laurie Wimmer via telephone 419 878-8213 for some work.

Needed: someone to clean the club house during the summer on one or two occasions, some weeding responsibilities, some brush clipping off fence area, other things.

If you were responsible for an area last year and want to do it again, please let Laurie know right away. The club looked awesome last year because of your efforts!

Swim Team

Swim Team is always in need of more volunteers for swim meets. Any member can help - your children do NOT have to be on the team to get your work hours in at our meets! You do NOT have to know anything about swimming, either! Meets are on Tuesdays.

There will be a sign up at the club starting Memorial Day weekend – start thinking about what you would like to do now!!!
